Fiz a reclamação as 21:40 e nenhum retorno foi dado até 22:21.
Tal descaso e falta de profissionalismo.
 TERRIBLE! I made a request for Ifood and it was not delivered, there was no satisfaction for the delay. Terrible attendance. I do not recommend!

Terrible, I ordered through ubereats, paid per pix, they canceled my order and didn't give me any satisfaction or refund my money.

The best artisan hamburger from Ananindeua, homemade mayonnaise and homemade ketchup are very top, varied and complete menu, well worth it, super recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FALTA de RESPEITO COM CLIENTE. Gostava de alguns hamburgueres do menu, mas depois que pedi na 99food e veio em tamanhos MUITO menores, nunca mais quero pedir. Tive 1 problema por whatsapp, 1 por Ifood e 2 por 99food. Não peçam!!
LACK OF RESPECT WITH CUSTOMER. I liked some burgers on the menu, but after I ordered at 99food and it came in MUCH smaller sizes, I never want to order it again. I had 1 problem for whatsapp, 1 for Ifood and 2 for 99food. Don't ask !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! Pedi Bacon Barbecue e veio cheio de cebola, quase sem bacon e zero de provolone. E a batata frita mole, sem crocância nenhuma. Não recomendo pra ninguém esse lanche! ?
Horrible! I ordered Bacon Barbecue and it came full of onions, almost no bacon and zero provolone. And the soft fries, without any crunchiness. I don't recommend this snack to anyone! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRÍVEL! Fiz pedido pelo Ifood, a carne veio praticamente crua, demorou 3h para entregar e quando chegou a aparência dos sanduíches estavam horríveis. Não recomendo, não gastem dinheiro nesse estabelecimento.
HORRIBLE! I ordered through Ifood, the meat came practically raw, it took 3 hours to deliver and when it came, the sandwiches looked horrible. Do not recommend, do not spend money in this establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burgers where read and raw even though i asked gor well done on the order primes ask if uou want it well done i said yes then i told them it ruined my nite my food cost 64 reais but they wanted to give me a bottle off coke as a courtesy when the problem was raw meat. I asked to speak to tye owner or manager they wouldnt give me the number they gave me red meat and i have the reciept and pictures to prove also they took my complaint as a joke never deal with primes again they where late 3 times in the past i left it go but they ruined my meal. Thanks for nothing.
