â â â â â Levei meu celular para reparo pois estava a alguns meses sem funcionar o botĂŁo de aumentar o volume, apĂłs uma queda parou de reconhecer o chip e estava na dĂșvida se na queda quebrou a tela, pois estava com pelĂcula de vidro.
Eles foram super honestos e profissionais.
Sobre o chip, me informaram que nĂŁo foi detectado nenhum defeito e que era um mal contato, o botĂŁo de volume estava solto o cabo flat, e a tela nĂŁo estava quebrada.
Troquei somente a pelĂcula de vidro, que foi R$10,00.
Eles não inventaram defeito, foram sinceros e me devolveram meu celular 100%, com os botÔes e chip funcionando.

About the chip, I was informed that no defect was detected and that it was a bad contact, the volume button was loose on the flat cable, and the screen was not broken.
I only changed the glass film, which was R $ 10.00.
They didn't invent a defect, they were sincere and gave me back my cell phone 100%, with the buttons and chip working.
