Precisei de um atendimento de garantia da minha bateria que havia comprado lá e o pessoal me ajudou indo além do que tinham obrigação! Com certeza conquistaram mais um cliente! Botucatu precisa de estabelecimentos assim como esse!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só deixar meu relado de que comprei uma bateria da qual os vendedores disseram ser boa, e em 5 meses não existia mais carga na bateria, os mesmos não me forneceram a nota fiscal, mesmo eu pedindo, alegando que estavam com dificuldade na emissão. Então, precisei fazer a troca da bateria, pois a mesma não presta, tem vício, é de péssima qualidade e se negaram pois eu não estava com o certificado da garantia em mãos. Então, para que essa desonestidade não aconteça com outros consumidores como aconteceu comigo não recomendo o serviço, pois eles foram desonestos comigo vendendo algo que eles sabiam que não tinha qualidade alguma!
Just leave my report that I bought a battery that the sellers said was good, and in 5 months there was no more battery charge, they did not provide me with the invoice, even though I asked, claiming that they were having difficulty in issuing. So, I had to change the battery, because it is no good, it has a vice, it is of poor quality and they refused because I didn't have the warranty certificate in hand. So, so that this dishonesty doesn't happen to other consumers like it happened to me, I don't recommend the service, because they were dishonest with me by selling something that they knew had no quality!
