I do Pilates at the Principality of Fisio Health and I have already tested several teachers, as I always need to change time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há mais de 15 anos que me trato semanalmente com a Dra Alessandra Basso, na clínica, tanto no tratamento específico em momentos de crise ( dor lombar, bursite etc. que surgiram ao longos dos anos), como para um esquema de manutenção e fortalecimento através de RPG, Corealign, Pilates, sempre trabalhando de forma personalizada (de acordo com a necessidade de cada paciente). Meu marido e filhos também estão sob seus cuidados, sempre que necessário.
A Dra Alessandra é uma excelente profissional, que está se renovando constantemente através de cursos. Só tenho a agradecer! Super recomendo!
For over 15 years I have been working weekly with Dr Alessandra Basso, in the clinic, both in specific treatment in times of crisis (back pain, bursitis, etc. that have arisen over the years), as well as for a maintenance and strengthening scheme through of RPG, Corealign, Pilates, always working in a personalized way (according to the needs of each patient). My husband and children are also in your care whenever necessary.
Dr Alessandra is an excellent professional, who is constantly renewing herself through courses. I just have to thank you! I highly recommend it!
