O bolo com um gosto muito artificial . Os salgados não estavam gostosos . Mas o pior de tudo foi o atendimento . Equipe pouco resolutiva e trata o cliente com pouco caso .
Penso que o atendimento pode melhorar, pois ele é decisivo para que o cliente volte a comprar ou não . Tratar as pessoas com respeito, cortesia e educação é o básico de qualquer serviço .
I thought the pie tasted like old bread and the filling was not very tasty.
The cake with a very artificial taste. The savory ones were not tasty. But worst of all was the service. Team with little resolution and treats the client with little case.
I think that service can improve, as it is decisive for the customer to buy or not. Treating people with respect, courtesy and politeness is the foundation of any service.

Mas o bolo não estava muito bacaba não.
Estava com a massa um pouco água. Não sei se estava congelado antes. Porém pode ser que tive azar. Atendimento excelente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha de 12 anos fez um pedido com dois dias de antecedência , uma torta para o aniversario da minha Esposa, dia 2 de março 2022( dia do Aniversario) na Príncipe das tortas Empresa em Vitoria ES Jardim Camburi. End: Endereço: R. Carlos Romero Marangoni, 181 1 - Jardim Camburi, Vitória - ES, 29090-620
OBS. Fiz Pagamento de 50% do valor do produto (PIX) como foi pedido pelo estabelecimento. Minha filha foi buscar a torta , ligou antes na Empresa, um funcionário relatou que estava fechando o estabelecimento , não daria tempo de pegar , pior , nem ofereceu o serviço de entrega como consta no Instagram. Conversei com um funcionário no zaap , o próprio cheio de razão, se nega a devolver o dinheiro através do PIX , na qual o realizei o pagamento . Primeiro lugar minha filha é menor de idade , segundo lugar o Estabelecimento não teve o bom senso para ligar para o responsável ( PAI/MAE) para resolver essa situação desagradável.
Tive que procurar em cima da hora do aniversário , com os convidados aguardando na minha casa ,outra Empresa para comprar novamente uma torta ( Valor 66,42) (Tenho todos os comprovantes de compra, e conversas no zaap registradas). Fiquei no prejuízo financeiro, moral , perdi o dinheiro da primeira compra , gastei novamente mais o valor citado para não passar constrangimento com os convidados . Situação muito desagradável, constrangimento.
O funcionário da Empresa Torta do Príncipe respondeu no meu zaap com essas palavras :” Não perguntamos a idade de quem faz a encomenda em nosso estabelecimento “ Total falta de respeito com o cliente. O funcionário ainda disse que só devolve o dinheiro se eu for pessoalmente pegar na loja . Isso é um abuso, desrespeito, entendi ESSA FALA como uma forma de INTIMIDAÇÃO.
Meu prejuízo MORAL foi o mais nocivo , aniversario tem data e horário , o funcionário falou que podia pegar a torta no dia seguinte , sem comentários essa fala indigesta .
Resumindo : Desejo receber meu dinheiro que adiantei da torta , e também o dinheiro que gastei para comprar outra torta , pois passei grande constrangimento por este fato ocorrido.
O funcionário se nega a devolver o dinheiro pelo PIX , pois eu paguei pelo PIX , desejo receber pelo PIX , com certeza é o justo a se fazer .
Um atendimento ruim , com argumentos insensatos.
Fico no aguardo.

NOTE I paid 50% of the product value (PIX) as requested by the establishment. My daughter went to get the pie, called the company before, an employee reported that he was closing the establishment, there would be no time to get it, worse, he didn't even offer the delivery service as shown on Instagram. I talked to an employee on zaap, the very reason himself, refuses to return the money through PIX, in which I made the payment. Firstly, my daughter is a minor, secondly, the Establishment did not have the good sense to call the person in charge (FATHER/MAE) to resolve this unpleasant situation.
I had to look for the birthday, with the guests waiting at my house, another company to buy a pie again (Value 66.42) (I have all the proof of purchase, and conversations on zaap recorded). I was in financial loss, morale, I lost the money from the first purchase, I spent more than the quoted amount again so as not to embarrass the guests. Very unpleasant situation, embarrassment.
The employee of Empresa Torta do Príncipe replied on my zaap with these words:” We don't ask the age of those who place the order in our establishment “ Total lack of respect for the customer. My MORAL loss was the most harmful, birthday has a date and time, the employee said he could take the pie the next day, without commenting this indigestible speech.
In short: I want to receive my money that I paid for the pie, and also the money I spent to buy another pie, because I was very embarrassed by this fact.
The employee refuses to return the money for the PIX, because I paid for the PIX, I want to receive it for the PIX, it is certainly the right thing to do.
Bad service, with unreasonable arguments.
