★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Comprei um cartucho na loja e na segunda impressão que fiz deu problema. Voltei na loja pedindo a troca do mesmo e a atendente me informou que poderia ser problema da impressora; que era pra levar a impressora e o cartucho. Ela passou um álcool isopropílico e na hora funcionou. Na próxima impressão que fiz com ela não deu certo e informou que não reconhecia o cartucho. Precisava deixar a impressora para uma avaliação. Informei todos os processos feitos e acontecidos. Após passar uma semana e um dia de espera (a loja dava 5 dias para avaliação), entrei e contato pedindo uma posição e me informaram que precisava fazer limpeza nela, e um orçamento de $160 (paguei $200 na impressora, mas ok) e aprovei. Após um dia me informaram que estava pronta. Quando fui na loja o atendente me informou que o cartucho preto estava com defeito e tinha queimado; o informei que tinha comprado o cartucho na loja, e questionei se eles trocariam o cartucho, o que foi negado informando que estava sem a caixa e que estava vazio. Oras bolas, comprei o cartucho lá, fiz três impressões em casa, aconteceu tudo isso citado acima, não tenho certeza se todos esses problemas aconteceram por causa do cartucho (50% x 50%) e é assim que a loja tratou o problema. E outra coisa: O visor da minha impressora está solto, quebrado; notei que tem uma marca de cola (danificaram e tentaram colar, mas não segurou e ele está solto. Dá pra ver a marca da cola direitinho. Eu reparei em casa). Absurdo!
DICA: o cliente não deve ser tratado dessa maneira, e muito menos esconder danos que ocorreram no conserto. Não utilizo mais os serviços nem indico; Evitem essa loja: Sou local guide da região.

And another thing: My printer's display is loose, broken; I noticed that there is a glue mark (they were damaged and tried to glue, but it did not hold and it is loose. You can see the glue mark correctly. I noticed it at home). Absurd!
TIP: The customer should not be treated this way, let alone hide damage that has occurred in the repair. I no longer use the services or indicate; Avoid this shop: I am a local guide for the region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo ! L vei minha impressora para ajuste , no cabeçote e dentro da garantia deu a mensagem de problemas no cabeçote novamente . Retornei a impressora para a loja e falaram que era outro defeito e cobraram 800,00 sendo que a minha impressora custa 700,00 obviamente não autorizei o serviço .
Algum tempo depois liguei e disseram que o problema era sim no cabeçote , ou seja alguém entendeu alguma coisa?
Agora não querem devolver minha impressora pois não tenho o número de ordem de serviço e simplesmente sumiu a minha impressora do cadastro deles
Nossa que honestidade!!!! Corram deste lugar não recomendo
O dono nunca está , e o pior vive fora do Brasil .... E quem acredita ?

levei minha impressão lá para fazer um orçamento, eles cobraram um absurdo, não aprovei o orçamento, dias depois fui verificar a impressora que quando levei só precisava desentupir dois jatos, nenhum dos jatos funcionou levei em um lugar que já conhecia onde fui informado que eles trocaram minha cabeça de impressão.
Evitem essa empresa.
