Atendente não sabe como falar com o público, muito menos resolver problemas. Linguagem com uso de ironias! Me decepcionei, pois o local parece profissional.
A minha camisa veio com duas manchas que não saem lavando, mostrei na hora da entrega, atendente disse que era algo insignificante, o que é q tem duas manchas na camisa?!
Se é seu costume aceitar produtos com defeito, pode comprar nessa loja. Eu não aceito!
Products are delivered quickly. The service leaves something to be desired, if you have a problem that they consider insignificant you are verbally attacked. Clerk doesn't know how to talk to the public, let alone solve problems. Language using ironies! Disappointed as the place looks professional.
My shirt came with two stains that do not wash off, I showed it at the time of delivery, the attendant said it was insignificant, what is it that has two stains on the shirt?!
If you are used to accepting defective products, you can buy them at this store. I do not accept!
