Os profissionais são excelentes, atenciosos, explicam tudo minuciosamente, sem enrolação ou para ganharem dinheiro, mas visam a qualidade, cumprimento do prazo estipulado para entrega, além da sinceridade sobre o real problema do equipamento. Eles analisam primeiro, para saber o estado, no meu caso foi o notebook, para ai sim exporem o que será necessário fazer e se o cliente esta de acordo. Se for preciso formatar, ou qualquer outro serviço de reparo , dar um upgrade no seu notebook, Prisma Notebook vale a pena e é de confiança. The professionals are excellent, attentive, explain everything in detail, without stalling or to make money, but they aim at quality, meeting the deadline for delivery, in addition to sincerity about the real problem with the equipment. They analyze first, to find out the status, in my case it was the notebook, so they can show what will be necessary to do and if the client is in agreement. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a loja no dia 28 pra solicitar orçamento sobre a troca de um teclado do notebook, atendente pegou meu número e ficou de dar resposta. Até hoje nada. Já consegui consertei em outro lugar no mesmo dia. A fila de espera era de 7 dias pela informação dada no balcão.
I went to the store on the 28th to request a quote on the replacement of a notebook keyboard, the attendant took my number and kept answering. To this day nothing. I got it fixed elsewhere on the same day. The queue was 7 days according to the information given at the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssima experiência de orçamento na unidade. demoraram dez dias (o dobro do dito no ato da entrega) para sequer ABRIR meu equipamento e dar um orçamento. este foi, inclusive, completamente fora da realidade, incluindo coisas que nem mesmo solicitei. essa demora prejudicou o meu trabalho, já que trabalho com o meu computador.
bad budget experience in the unit. it took ten days (twice the amount stated on delivery) to even OPEN my equipment and give me a quote. this one was even completely unrealistic, including things I didn't even ask for. this delay hampered my work, since I work with my computer.
