★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de poder publicar um áudio, infelizmente não posso. Mas vou tentar escrever o que estou ouvindo nesse momento ... imagine-se ouvindo a pior musica que vc já ouviu (aquelas com palavras pejorativas e que falam sobre traição) pois é! Infelizmente as pessoas que moram no condomínio não sabem morar em sociedade e teimam em enfiar goela abaixo seu péssimo gosto musical. O condomínio deveria proibir musica na churrasqueira.
I wish I could publish an audio, unfortunately I can't. But I will try to write what I am listening to at the moment ... imagine listening to the worst music you have ever heard (those with pejorative words that talk about betrayal) because it is! Unfortunately the people who live in the condominium do not know how to live in society and insist on shoving their terrible musical taste down their throats. The condominium should prohibit music on the barbecue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio recebe muito bem os visitantes, com uma portaria segura e organizada. Os espaços comuns são bastante limpos e arejados, de modo que torna-se agradável permanecer no condomínio. Além de uma piscina incrível, o lugar conta também com dois salões de festas, um salão de jogos, um campo de futebol, um espaço para musculação bastante completo, uma sauna, uma sala de cinema e um Home Office muito sofisticado com Wi-Fi e grande espaço para reuniões. Ademais, há um salão de artes e uma sala com vários brinquedos para que os moradores levem os filhos. Na parte aberta, há espaço para caminhadas e prática de exercícios físicos, além de parquinho para as crianças e espaço para passear com os cachorros. O estacionamento é bastante amplo, de modo que os moradores podem colocar seus carros confortavelmente. Por fim, os apartamentos tem um excelente design, são bem arejados e foram construídos com os melhores materiais pela construtora Diagonal. Desde as pedras utilizadas até o porcelanato e o material das portas, é tudo da melhor qualidade de mercado. A vista dos apartamentos também é excelente, sendo um lá do voltado para o estádio Presidente Vargas e o outros voltado para um amplo terreno do Exército Brasileiro. Em razão desses espaços circundantes, não há prédios para impedir a passagem de vento e para diminuir o campo visual dos moradores.
The condominium receives very well the visitors, with a safe and organized concierge. The public spaces are quite clean and airy, so it makes it pleasant to stay in the condo. In addition to an incredible pool, the venue also features two ballrooms, a game room, a football field, a full bodybuilding area, a sauna, a movie theater and a very sophisticated Home Office with Wi-Fi and large meeting space. In addition, there is an arts hall and a room with several toys so that the residents take the children. In the open part there is space for walking and practice of physical exercises, as well as a playground for children and space to walk with the dogs. Parking is quite ample, so that locals can put their cars comfortably. Finally, the apartments have an excellent design, are well ventilated and were built with the best materials by the construction company Diagonal. From the stones used up to the porcelain tile and the material of the doors, it is all of the best quality on the market. The view of the apartments is also excellent, one facing the Presidente Vargas stadium and the other facing the large terrain of the Brazilian Army. Because of these surrounding spaces, there are no buildings to prevent the wind from passing and to diminish the visual field of the residents.
