★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio com ótima estrutura e localização excelente. Espaço para eventos, horta comunitária, lago, guarita com segurança 24h e ronda. Os equipamentos de lazer como piscina e parque infantil estão um pouco mal cuidados, mas com uma manutenção básica provêm um ótimo espaço para crianças.
Condominium with great structure and excellent location. Event space, community garden, lake, guardhouse with 24h security and round. leisure facilities like the swimming pool and playground are a bit unkempt, but with a basic maintenance come a great space for children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é bem legal e consegue ser mais frio que o centro de Gravatá. A vista também é bem legal e a segurança é um ponto que vale o destaque, com motos fazendo segurança o dia todo. O ponto que fica a desejar é que parte do caminho é estrada de terra. Como fui no verão a estratada estava boa, mas num período mais chuvoso pode ser problemático enfrentar a estrada de terra.
The place is very cool and can be colder than the center of Gravatá. The view is also very cool and safety is a point worth highlighting, with bikes doing safety all day. The point to be missed is that part of the way is dirt road. As I went in summer the stratum was good, but in a rainier period it can be problematic to face the dirt road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio com cara de casa no campo. Clima e vista espetacular. Em contraste, em todo canto tem Wi-Fi (inclusive nas casas, que também têm sistema de alarme interligado à portaria) e câmeras com as quais todos acessam remotamente até por smartphone. Terrenos enormes e a apenas 2 km do centro. A estrada de "chão" da uma sensação especial de natureza. Um dos poucos que sei que é AUTOSSUFICIENTE EM ÁGUA DURANTE TODO O ANO. Tem até horta orgânica à disposição dos condôminos!

Condominium with face of house in the countryside. Climate and spectacular view. In contrast, everywhere has Wi-Fi (including homes, which also have alarm system interconnected to the concierge) and cameras with which everyone can access even remotely by smartphone. Huge land and only 2 km from the center. The "ground" road gives a special sense of nature. One of the few that I know is SELF-SUFFICIENT IN WATER FOR ALL YEAR. There is even an organic garden available to the owners!
