★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento deficiente e poucas opções de peixes. Estivemos na loja no sábado (17/07) por volta das 11h30. A localização é muito boa, espaço adequado e organizado, tanto que dei 4 estrelas. No que se refere ao atendimento e opções de peixes, creio que pode ter sido "um dia ruim" para quem nos atendeu, pois não foi nem um pouco agradável, não conseguiu nos esclarecer algumas dúvidas, o que não teria problema, desde que buscasse a informação com outros profissionais da loja, o que não ocorreu. Os peixes que procuramos, realmente não estavam disponíveis, mas até aí, também pode acontecer. São observações, principalmente no que se refere ao atendimento. Obrigado
 Poor service and few fish options. We were at the store on Saturday (17/07) around 11:30 am. The location is very good, space adequate and organized, so much so that I gave it 4 stars. With regard to the service and fish options, I believe it may have been "a bad day" for those who attended us, as it was not pleasant at all, could not clarify some doubts, which would have no problem, as long as they sought information with other professionals in the store, which did not occur. The fish we were looking for weren't really available, but until then, it can also happen. These are observations, especially with regard to service. Thanks

Eu não sei se cheguei atrasado, porém, senti falta de peixes na loja. No dia em que fui, não tinha muita oferta de peixes, principalmente peixes para aquário plantado, que são peixes menores e com hábitos de viverem em cardumes.

I don't know if I was late, however, I missed fish in the store. On the day I went, there wasn't a lot of fish on offer, especially fish for planted aquariums, which are smaller fish with habits of living in shoals.

Porém o responsável não é um bom vendedor, atendimento que não te deixa a vontade, o atendente quer mostrar conhecimento, mas age com arrogância, vc quer ter a liberdade de olhar os produtos disponíveis, mas o atendente atrás de vc te deixando desconfortável...enfim é um feedback para vc deixar o cliente mais confortável e para lembrar que o cliente é a principal razão de existência de uma empresa!
Store with good options for fish, aquariums, accessories and food. But the person in charge is not a good seller, service that doesn't make you comfortable, the attendant wants to show knowledge, but acts with arrogance, you want to have the freedom to look at the products available, but the attendant behind you makes you uncomfortable.. .ultimately, it's feedback for you to make the customer more comfortable and to remind you that the customer is the main reason for a company's existence!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre passei em frente essa loja e quis entrar porque amo aquários. No último final de semana fui comprar um aquário e um termostato. Fui bem atendido e comprei um cascudo. Porém quando coloquei ele no aquário (recém montado) o peixe teve um comportamento estranho. No mesmo dia o peixe morreu. Achei muito estranho porque cascudos geralmente são muito resistentes. Ligamos lá é o vendedor disse q n poderia fazer nada por diversos motivos. Então fique o alerta pra quem comprar algum peixe lá. Se vários comcar a morrer rápido significa que podem estar doentes, que foi o q eu acho que aconteceu com o meu, pois ele já estava estranho. RIP Damasco
I always passed in front of this store and wanted to go in because I love aquariums. Last weekend I went to buy an aquarium and a thermostat. I was well taken care of and bought a cascudo. But when I put it in the aquarium (newly assembled) the fish had a strange behavior. The same day the fish died. I found it very strange because cascudos are usually very resistant. We called there and the seller said he couldn't do anything for various reasons. So stay alert for those who buy some fish there. If several people start dying fast, it means they may be sick, which I think happened to mine, as it was already weird. RIP Damascus
