★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite, minha experiência nesta loja não foi legal, pra venderem são bastante educados e eficientes, mas na hora de resolver um problema para o cliente são arrogantes e mal educados, me refiro ao pai e filho donos da loja. Comprei dois faróis usados e quando fui instalar o produto, um dos faróis estava com defeito, ao pedir pra trocarem eles não tinham uma peça boa de reposição e me deram um vale no valor de R$ 335,00 e não aceitaram a devolução do produto, não quis problemas pra resolver, já tenho bastante, fiquei no prejuízo do dinheiro e sem a mercadoria, pois devolvi a mesma, pois para mim não tem utilidade uma peça usada com defeito, mas nunca mais entro nesta loja e nem indico ninguém a comprar lá, tem outras lojas na redondeza que são do mesmo padrão com atendimento e HONESTIDADE bem melhores que esta loja. FICA A DICA !!!
Good evening, my experience in this store was not great, they are very polite and efficient to sell, but when it comes to solving a problem for the customer, they are arrogant and rude, I am referring to the father and son who own the store. I bought two used headlights and when I went to install the product, one of the headlights was defective, when I asked to change them they did not have a good replacement part and they gave me a voucher worth R$ 335.00 and they did not accept the return of the product , I didn't want problems to solve, I already have enough, I was at the expense of money and without the merchandise, as I returned it, as a defective used part is useless for me, but I never enter this store again and I don't recommend anyone to buy there, there are other stores nearby that are of the same standard with service and HONESTY much better than this store. STAY TIP!!!
