★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, horrível, minha mãe precisando de uma colonoscopia, o dia todo sem comer, estava marcada pras 2:30 e já se passaram 4 horas e não foi atendida ainda! Sem contar que estamos em tempo de pandemia né, não deveria fazer todo mundo ficar esperando juntos assim!
Um descaso e desrespeito aos seus pacientes!
Terrible, horrible, my mother in need of a colonoscopy, all day without eating, it was scheduled for 2:30 and 4 hours have passed and she hasn't been seen yet! Not to mention that we are in a pandemic time, you shouldn't make everyone wait together like that!
A neglect and disrespect for your patients!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência péssima, sai numa quarta-feira de São Paulo, (de Osasco de onde moro 6hs viagem), fui até a clínica Pro Gastro em São João da Boa Vista já munido de algumas informações, como valores, duração e outros detalhes sobre o procedimento clínico Stretta q estava convicto em realizar , após passar pela avaliação do Dr Denis fui informado por ele próprio q o departamento financeiro iria entrar em contato para acertar a forma de pagamento e a data do procedimento, após dois dias de espera resolvi ligar e para minha surpresa a funcionária não tinha nada para me informar além daquilo q eu já estava ciente, isso foi numa sexta, então ela me orientou para esperar até terça-feira porque o Dr havia ido a São Paulo e ainda precisava comprar o aparelho para realizar o procedimento. Na terça-feira à tarde, após muita espera resolvi ligar e a mesma funcionária me repassou as mesmas informações, além do valor e da forma de pagamento algo q já havia concordado no contato anterior (na sexta-feira) acrescentando, pasmem, passado todos estes dias, q eu teria q agora depositar um valor para eles comprarem o equipamento, eu então protestei dizendo porque não haviam me informado sobre isso no dia da consulta (ou nos dias anteriores) isto é, seis dias atrás. Achei muita desorganização, bagunçado, falta de respeito. Vale lembrar q no primeiro contato a recepcionista chegou a desconhecer algo q eles próprios fazem propaganda, no meu caso a terapia Stretta, além disso, em uma das ligações me confundiram com outra pessoa me chamando de Nilton que iria fazer endoscopia. Achei melhor então fazer em São Paulo contudo ser mais caro, não vale a pena arriscar com a saúde.
I had a terrible experience, left on a Wednesday in São Paulo, (from Osasco where I live 6 hours trip), I went to the Pro Gastro clinic in São João da Boa Vista already with some information, such as values, duration and other details about the clinical procedure Stretta q was convinced to perform, after undergoing the evaluation of Dr Denis I was informed by himself q the finance department would contact to set up the payment method and the date of the procedure, after two days of waiting I decided to call and to my surprise the employee had nothing to inform me beyond what i was already aware of, this was on a friday, so she advised me to wait until Tuesday because the dr had gone to São Paulo and still needed to buy the device to perform the procedure. On Tuesday afternoon, after a long wait I decided to call and the same employee gave me the same information, in addition to the amount and payment method, something I had already agreed to in the previous contact (on Friday) adding, amazingly, all of them passed these days, q i would have to now deposit a sum for them to buy the equipment, i then protested saying why they had not informed me about it on the day of the consultation (or in the previous days) that is, six days ago. I found a lot of disorganization, messy, lack of respect. It is worth remembering that in the first contact, the receptionist did not know something that they advertise themselves, in my case Stretta therapy, moreover, in one of the calls they confused me with another person calling me Nilton who was going to do endoscopy. So I thought it would be better to do it in São Paulo, but be more expensive, it is not worth taking a risk with your health.
