★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de Recepção/Marcação Péssimo. Faz três meses que ligo pra confirmar a marcação e no dia agendado ligo para confirmar e sempre dizem que não tem nenhuma consulta agendada e agendam novamente. Ou é incompetência pura ou é sabotagem
 Poor Reception / Appointment. I have been calling for three months to confirm the appointment and on the scheduled day I call to confirm and they always say there is no appointment scheduled and schedule again. It is either pure incompetence or sabotage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar, os profissionais não respeita os cliente, chagam atrasos, ficam de cara feia e sem falar no telefone que não funciona, tive que remarcar três vezes e até agora não consegui ser atendido, não recomendo?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a primeira vez que fui ao consultório e, tendo em vista as avaliações negativas que vi aqui, me senti na obrigação de vir avaliar. Não tive qualquer problema com o atendimento, rápido e agradável. Quanto ao dentista, fui atendido pelo Sr. Emerson e gostei bastante, certeza que serei um paciente certo!
It was the first time that I went to the office and, in view of the negative evaluations I saw here, I felt obliged to come and evaluate. I had no problem with the service, fast and pleasant. As for the dentist, I was attended by Mr. Emerson and I really liked it, I am sure I will be the right patient!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei por quê eles não dão jeito nesse atendimento na recepção, sou paciente a um bom tempo e sempre tive problema com os atendentes da recepção/telefone. Muitos dentistas, que é o que importa, são bons e é o que me faz voltar mas o atendimento na recepção/telefone me faz não querer ir toda vez, a balança é frequente e não deveria ser.
I don't know why they can't handle this reception service, I've been patient for a long time and always had a problem with the reception / phone attendants. Many dentists, which is what matters, are good and it's what makes me come back but the reception / phone service makes me not want to go every time, the balance is frequent and should not be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tento marca uma consulta faz mais de ano, e nunca consigo, sempre acabo indo em outra clínica. Queria marca lá pq minha prima me indicou um dentista de lá, porém parece que fazem questão de manter a comunicação ruim, não é possível, ai manda o número do whats app, onde ficam online e não respondem. É muita falta de consideração, me desculpem se não for, mais aparenta ser muita prepotência de nos dias de hoje não ter comunicação para agendamento que funcione, parece até q não querem atender.

I wanted to mark there because my cousin indicated a dentist there, but it seems that they insist on maintaining bad communication, it is not possible, then send the number of the whats app, where they stay online and do not respond. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento, sem falar na rapidez, pensei que fosse passar umas 3 semanas pra finalizar meu tratamento, em apenas um dia terminou, fiquei muito surpreso, sem falar na diversidade de profissionais onde vc já acaba um tratamento e já sai com a consulta marcada pro próximo profissional.
Excellent service, not to mention the speed, I thought I would spend about 3 weeks to finish my treatment, in just one day it was over, I was very surprised, not to mention the diversity of professionals where you already finish a treatment and already leave with the appointment scheduled for next professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu filho de 15 anos usa aparelho ortodôntico durante cerca de 2 (dois) anos, instalado na Pro Dente. Nesse período, antes de ir para a manutenção, eu tenho que ligar para confirmar a manutenção, porque é comum cancelarem a consulta sem avisar a gente. Mas o pior é que nas últimas 3 (três) semanas, eu levo meu filho para colocar a contenção mas fazem a contenção errada, apesar de refazerem o molde. Notem: eu levo meu filho em 3 semanas seguidas mas a contenção tá errada! Piorando, se é que é possível, o ortodentista colocou hoje uma espécie de 'grampo' que em apenas 14 horas desalinhou os dentes do meu filho! Era pra corrigir a dentição, mas essa "clínica" tá trazendo mais preocupação com os erros do que soluções. Pensem bem antes de irem lá.

But the worst thing is that in the last 3 (three) weeks, I take my son to place the retainer but they do the wrong retainer, despite redoing the mold. Note: I take my child 3 weeks in a row but the restraint is wrong! To make matters worse, if it's possible, the orthodontist today placed a kind of 'clamp' that in just 14 hours misaligned my son's teeth! It was to correct the teeth, but this "clinic" is bringing more concern about errors than solutions. Think carefully before you go there.

Terrible service. The dentist was very late, rude, they didn't even give a napkin during the procedure. I do not recommend.
