★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia enorme, com excelente circulação de ar, banheiros limpos e bem organizada. Possui um bom atendimento. Não tem estacionamento no local, mas há diversos em torno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito dessa unidade. Recepção super atenciosa e professores também. A unidade é ampla e estava bem tranquila. Os aparelhos são bons, com excessão do Leg 45°. No geral creio que é uma das melhores unidades.
I really liked this unit. Super attentive reception and teachers too. The unit is large and was very quiet. The devices are good, with the exception of the Leg 45°. Overall I think it's one of the best units.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Te enrolam na hora de fechar contrato, que por sinal lesiona o consumidor. E no final , nem um atendimento ao cliente eles tem . Pois só te passam email que não responde, telefone que não atende e WhatsApp das unidades onde ninguém resolve nada . Só para me enviarem o contrato , que por sinal não me deram no dia , foram mais de 4 meses.
Terrible. They wind you up when closing a contract, which by the way hurts the consumer. And in the end, they don't even have a customer service. Because they only send you email that doesn't answer, phone that doesn't answer and WhatsApp from the units where no one solves anything. Just to send me the contract, which by the way they didn't give me on the day, it took more than 4 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia de boa aparência, meninas super simpáticas até você ser envolvido e fazer a matrícula, depois que você faz o seu plano anual, acabou, se precisar de algum departamento nao existe, não existe financeiro, eles só falam com você mediante multas e multas... muito cuidado !!!

Hoje às 9:00hs na Praça Visconde de Souza Ramos, local residencial, onde diversas pessoas praticam exercícios físicos e caminhadas, conheci a PRÓ3 Academia que deslocou equipe de marketing para se promover ligando aparelho de som em último volume incomodando os presentes e moradores dos prédios.
Todos os presentes foram obrigados a ouvir o tremendo mal gosto das músicas tocadas em volume máximo em local público.
Lamentavelmente, hoje não havia nenhum policial na praça.
Para o conhecimento dos administradores da PRÓ3 Academia segue:
Lei do silêncio em São Paulo
Em áreas residenciais da cidade de São Paulo, das 07h às 22h o limite de barulho tolerado é de 50 decibéis (dB), volume próximo de uma conversa normal e de ruídos comuns do dia a dia, como um choro de criança. Fora do horário mencionado, 45dB é o apropriado.
Trata-se de uma tremenda falta de respeito denegrindo eventual boa imagem da academia.
