Pude provar a Stout com lambreta que achei fantástica (lambreta usada na produção da cerveja)

Se você for no Proa, sugiro insistentemente que peça a alcatra de atum, que é uma maravilha da culinária, perdida no meio da praia do forte. O prato é tão incrível que eu tive que pedir outro igual e repetir a dose, isso tudo com uma sour de caju ao lado (também fortemente recomendada).
Enfim, um restaurante simples, muito bem arrumado e decorado, que foi acima de tudo (como eu já disse) surpreendente.
Ahh, vale ressaltar também que o atendimento é de primeira, e que todo o aparato tecnológico usado pra fazer os pedidos funcionam que é uma maravilha!
Simply incredible! A place that is more than surprising, not only for its unparalleled beer options, but for the food that is simply DIVINE. If you go to Proa, I strongly suggest ordering the tuna rump, which is a culinary marvel, lost in the middle of Praia do Forte. The dish is so amazing that I had to order another one and repeat the serving, all with a cashew sour on the side (also strongly recommended).
Anyway, a simple restaurant, very well arranged and decorated, which was above all (as I said) surprising.
Ahh, it is also worth mentioning that the service is first rate, and that all the technological apparatus used to place the orders works wonders!

Vai agradar ao paladar geral, mais acostumado a cervejas mainstream. Cardápio bem diferenciado, com opções vegetarianas e muitos pratos com peixes e frutos do mar. Ambiente agradável. Ótimo atendimento.
Offers local craft beers. We like the Double Ipa better. The ipas are not as dark or strong as we are used to. It will please the general palate, more used to mainstream beers. Well-differentiated menu, with vegetarian options and many fish and seafood dishes. Pleasant environment. Great service.
