Building abandoned by Proactiva, the door has been broken for months, I got stuck when I left. Nobody solves the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com essa empresa! Síndico totalmente ausente, negligente e irresponsável. Há inúmeros problemas no nosso condomínio e nada é solucionado, dedetização, higienização, limpeza da caixa d’água, problemas com infiltrações no telhado, na estrutura e simplesmente ele é alheio. Ainda por cima ignora mensagens e ligações de proprietário e inquilino.
Bad experience with this company! Totally absent, negligent and irresponsible trustee. There are numerous problems in our condominium and nothing is solved, pest control, sanitation, cleaning the water tank, problems with infiltrations in the roof, in the structure and simply it is someone else's. On top of that, it ignores messages and calls from owner and tenant.
