★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência com aprendizado foi boa, porém em relação ao atendimento é uma catástrofe. Toda às vezes que precisei buscar certificados foram extremamente complicado. É desorganizado e a gente perceber que eles não treinam e não dão informação para as pessoas que eles contratam.
Eu estou desde ontem perguntando quando custa a segunda via de um certificado, mas até agora não souberam informar, sendo q preciso pagar para iniciar o processo para emissão de um novo.
The learning experience was good, but in terms of service it is a catastrophe. Every time I needed to get certificates they were extremely complicated. It's disorganized and we realize that they don't train and don't give information to the people they hire.
I've been asking since yesterday how much the second copy of a certificate costs, but so far they haven't been able to inform, and I need to pay to start the process for issuing a new one.
