★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi ruim, como filha de locatária e como inquilina, no momento de receber o imóvel da minha mãe recebemos cheio de problemas, piscina com motor queimado, portão e cerca elétrica sem funcionar, pintura mal feita, portas mal pintadas, enfim o imóvel em péssimo estado e quando fomos entregar as casas como inquilinas foram feitas várias exigências em relação a portas, pinturas, reparos em geral, sendo que tudo foi realizado, mas queriam melhor.... Enfim, dois pesos e duas medidas, dificuldade para negociar, administraram mal a casa que estava para alugar e ainda negativaram o CPF alegando que os reparos foram mal feitos! Eu não indico pra ninguém, nem como inquilino e nem pra administrar imóvel

Anyway, double standards, difficulty in negotiating , they mismanaged the house that was for rent and even denied the CPF alleging that the repairs were poorly done! I do not recommend it to anyone, neither as a tenant nor to manage a property.
