★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Cheguei na loja pedindo por um colchão D33 e fui atendida pelo vendedor Thiago, que me mostrou um colchão dizendo ser equivalente e que suporta até 90kg de cada lado. Comprei e paguei nada menos que 1190,00 EM DINHEIRO pelo colchão, achando que estava fazendo um bom negócio. Quando eu estava colocando o lençol para usar, vi que a espuma do colchão era D20!!! Liguei e disseram que era a mesma coisa. QUando fui ler a garantia, diz que D20 não é para meu peso e altura. Ou seja, fui enganada e ludibriada! Sem contar que fui olhar na internet e um colchão desses custa menos de 700 reais na internet.
 Terrible! I arrived at the store asking for a D33 mattress and was attended by the salesman Thiago, who showed me a mattress saying it is equivalent and that supports up to 90kg on each side. I bought and paid no less than 1190.00 IN CASH for the mattress, thinking I was doing a good deal. When I was putting the sheet to use, I saw that the foam on the mattress was D20 !!! I called and they said it was the same thing. When I went to read the warranty, it says that D20 is not for my weight and height. In other words, I was deceived and deceived! Not to mention that I went to look on the internet and a mattress like this costs less than 700 reais on the internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui comprar um colchão semi-ortopedico (orientado pelo médico) o vendedor disse que não existia , que o colchão tem que ser ortopédico ou não ortopédico que não existia semi, então acabamos comprando , depois de alguns meses de tanto desconforto verificamos que em uma outra loja da mesma marca vendia semi ortopédico , resumindo vendedor mentiroso acredito que no dia eles não tinha em estoque e vendeu este. Não recomendo pela desonestidade do vendedor!
I went to buy a semi-orthopedic mattress (guided by the doctor) the seller said it didn't exist, that the mattress has to be orthopedic or non-orthopedic that it didn't exist semi, so we ended up buying it, after a few months of so much discomfort we found that in another store of the same brand sold semi orthopedic, summarizing liar seller I believe that on the day they did not have in stock and sold this. I don't recommend it for the dishonesty of the seller!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não compre nessa loja, eles mentem nos preços (vendem mais caro e dizem que estão dando desconto), não emitem Nota Fiscal, depois que você compra ninguém te atende de forma alguma, telefone, e-mail, whatsapp. A vendedora Clarir mentiu dizendo que dava desconto de 700,00 quando na verdade estava me cobrando o dobro do preço Tiago que se apresenta como dono, não tem palavra e depois que vc compra te ignora totalmente. Se vc quer ser lesado compre lá.
