â â â â â Fui atĂ© a loja e fui atendida pelo consultor Cristiano que prestou um Ăłtimo atendimento.
Na entrega vimos que o box entregue nĂŁo foi o que compramos, entrei em contato com o Cristiano e ele prontamente verificou que se tratou de um erro de carregamento e providenciou a troca.
Hoje recebi o box correto e adorei... recomendo!
I went to the store and was attended by the consultant Cristiano who provided a great service.
On delivery we saw that the box delivered was not the one we bought, I contacted Cristiano and he promptly verified that it was a loading error and provided the exchange.
Today I received the correct box and I loved it ... I recommend it!

â â â â â Fiquei encantada com o atendimento do Cristiano. Foi a primeira loja que orcei e atĂ© questionei sobre preço por estar acima do meu orçamento mas fui atendida com muita honestidade. Fechei com eles mesmo tendo em outros lugares o produto de valor bem mais baixo mas a confiança no atendimento prevaleceu no fechamento da compra.
I was delighted with Cristiano's service. It was the first store I budgeted and even asked about price because it was above my budget but I was answered with a lot of honesty. I closed with them even though I had a much lower value product elsewhere, but trust in the service prevailed at the end of the purchase.

Foi assim que cruzei com Cristiano, gerente da loja Probel de Indaiatuba, atravĂ©s de busca no Google. Foi a melhor aula que tive sobre colchĂ”es, foi o melhor atendimento que tive vindo de um vendedor dentre todos os outros vendedores de outros produtos. Quero aqui de pĂșblico elogiar o Cristiano pelo profissionalismo, pelo conhecimento, pelo respeito e pela educação com os quais me atendeu. About 2 months ago I was looking for a double spring mattress to replace an old one here at home. I had in mind the purchase of a Probel because as far as I remember, it was the best mattress I have ever bought in my history. I also bought from other brands but I never liked it. That's how I came across Cristiano, manager of the Probel store in Indaiatuba, through Google search. It was the best class I had on mattresses, it was the best service I had from a salesperson among all the other salespeople of other products. I want the public to praise Cristiano for his professionalism, knowledge, respect and education with which he served me. How good it is to be respected in a purchase; Thanks, Cristiano, continue as you go far and high in your career !!! ???

Voltei outro dia com meus pais e ele, com toda paciĂȘncia explicou tudo de novo. Compramos os colchĂ”es e ele conseguiu a entrega em tempo recorde, atendendo Ă s nossas necessidades! Muito atencioso, do começo ao fim!
I arrived at the store at closing time and was still very well attended by MĂĄrcio. He very willingly showed me the mattress options available, explaining the difference between them.
