★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica péssima, vc passa horas no telefone para agendar uma consulta e quando a recepcionista atende dar bom dia, e transfere a ligação, e lá a pessoa desliga na tua cara. Imagine como não deve ser o atendimento na hora da,consulta. Deus me livre de indicar, passo é longe desse tipo de clinica.
Lousy clinic, you spend hours on the phone to schedule an appointment and when the receptionist answers you to say good morning, and transfers the call, and there the person hangs up on you. Liguei e a atendente pediu para eu vir na clínica fazer minha ficha de inscrição, quando cheguei fui informada que a mesma havia saído para almoço e só voltaria 14:00h . Fui lesada, estou com um holter 24h para fazer, faço uso de remédio controlado, tenho TAG e minhas crises de ansiedade aumentaram por conta do ocorrido!
Lousy service! I called and the attendant asked me to come to the clinic to do my registration form, when I arrived I was informed that she had left for lunch and would only be back at 2:00 pm. I was injured, I have a 24 hour holter to do, I use controlled medication, I have TAG and my anxiety attacks increased because of what happened!

Os médicos não cumprem horário, deixam os pacientes esperando horas em recepções lotadas, os funcionários não têm condições sequer de fazer uma ligação pra resolver problemas com planos de saúde e terceirizam a resolução para os pacientes.
Terrible care, disrespectful, run away from this clinic.
Physicians do not work on time, leave patients waiting for hours in crowded receptions, employees cannot even make a call to solve problems with health plans, and they outsource the resolution to patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma clinica desse porte, deveria ter um telefone no qual as atendentes divessem disposição para atende-lo. Sempre tenho q ir a clinica pois o telefone chama e nonguem atende ou oculpado direto. Pq nao colocam um PABX?
A clinic of this size should have a phone on which the attendants were willing to assist you. I always have to go to the clinic because the phone calls and no one answers or is directly occupied. Why don't they put a PABX?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior experiência possível, vim a uma semana atrás no cardiologista, uma confusão, sem lugar para aguardar, um caos, a recepcionista mais perdida do que nao sei o que.
Vim hoje fazer um exame, colocar um mapa, simplesmente mais outra confusão, duas atendentes que parecem estar mortas, porque se arrastam, não chamam ninguém, não intercalam prioridade e senha normal. Você vai reclamar e simplesmente não existe uma ouvidoria, não existe nada para você reclamar.
Enfim, dica boa, nao venham para cá, é só dor de cabeça e irritação.
The worst possible experience, I came a week ago to the cardiologist, a mess, no place to wait, chaos, the receptionist more lost than I don't know what.
I came today for an exam, to put a map, just another confusion, two attendants who seem to be dead, because they drag themselves along, they don't call anyone, they don't intersperse priority and normal password. You will complain and there is simply no ombudsman, there is nothing for you to complain about.
Anyway, good tip, don't come here, it's just a headache and irritation.
