★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou em final de tratamento com a Doutora Vanessa Sarmento e posso dizer que foi a melhor dentista pela qual passei até hoje, atenciosa, gentil, super competente! Faz uma restauração excelente. Sem contar que a clínica tem um ótimo ambiente, recepcionista prestativa e educada. Nota mil, super recomendo!

 I'm at the end of treatment with Dr. Vanessa Sarmento and I can say that she was the best dentist I've ever been to, caring, kind, super competent! Makes an excellent restoration. Not to mention that the clinic has a great atmosphere, helpful and polite receptionist. Note thousand, super recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terminei o meu tratamento com a Dra Vanessa e ela é uma ótima profissional. Fui até ela indicado por um colega do trabalho que também é cliente dela a anos. Sempre simpática, atenciosa com os clientes na recepção e com os outros funcionários da clínica. Conseguiu tirar meu medo de dentista e das minhas 2 filhas. Recomendo muito. Fui atendido na unidade do Cachambi. As secretárias também são muito animadas e prestativas. Estão todos de parabéns.
I finished my treatment with Dr. Vanessa and she is a great professional. I was even referred to her by a coworker who has also been her client for years. Always friendly, attentive to clients at reception and to other clinic staff. Managed to take my fear of dentist and my 2 daughters. Highly recommend. I was attended at the Cachambi unit. The desks are also very lively and helpful. Congratulations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unidade do Cachambi foi o pior lugar que já fui no aspecto de limpeza, o banheiro e os locais de atendimento parecem não ver um produto de limpeza a algum tempo. Sobre o atendimento da Ana Carolina eu achei que foi muito rápido e com pouco cuidado. Foi somente uma limpeza mas ela não tinha cuidado ao fazer a limpeza, meio que fez por fazer, sinceramente não recomendo ir nesse local.
Cachambi unit was the worst place I've ever been in terms of cleaning, the bathroom and service areas don't seem to see a cleaning product for some time. About Ana Carolina's service, I thought it was very fast and with little care. It was just a cleaning but she wasn't careful when cleaning, she kind of did it, honestly I don't recommend going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unidade Del Castilho: pior atendimento, ambiente de aspecto sujo, do banheiro as salas de atendimento. Doutora Ana Carolina me deu uma pasta de dente vencida . Fui atendida no dia 27/10/2021 a pasta de dente tinha vencimento em março/2021. Não tem auxiliares: a mesma mão que abre porta, pega em caneta , pega em papel...essa mesma mão pega na luva que vai vestir pra mexer na sua boca. Não sei como a vigilância sanitária não bateu ali ainda.
Del Castilho Unit: worst service, dirty looking environment, from the bathroom to the service rooms. Doctor Ana Carolina gave me an expired toothpaste. I was assisted on 10/27/2021, the toothpaste had expired in March/2021. There are no assistants: the same hand that opens the door, takes a pen, takes a paper... that same hand takes the glove that you are going to wear to touch your mouth. I don't know how the health surveillance hasn't hit it yet.

Em especial agradecer a Doutora Carolina, uma ótima dentista e principalmente ao pessoal da limpeza pelo ambiente limpo e cheiroso (Sim gente, eu reparo até na limpeza do local e fiquei encantada como tudo é limpinho e cheiroso), a secretaria Luciete (Um amor de pessoa, ótima pessoa de lidar e muito paciente, estou extremamente grata a ela pela forma que me tratou e tratou meu filho. MUITO OBRIGADO)

Good evening, I would like to leave my feedback about the Del Castilho clinic.
Special thanks to Dr. Carolina, a great dentist and especially to the cleaning staff for the clean and fragrant environment (Yes people, I even notice the cleanliness of the place and I was delighted how clean and fragrant everything is), the secretary Luciete (A love of person, great person to deal with and very patient, I am extremely grateful to her for the way she treated me and my son. THANK YOU VERY MUCH)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é meio desorganizado e confuso, tem dia que só atende especialidade X, outro que só atende Y, as agendas geralmente são sempre cheias, eh difícil, mas as profissionais são de qualidade!
