★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima infra estrutura atendimento materiais para atendimento falta impressora quebrada sempre faz 2 meses que a impressora quebrou e ate hoje nao trocaram uma vergonha para a cidade que fornece auxilio ao publico em geral.
Poor service infrastructure materials for service missing broken printer has always been 2 months that the printer broke and to this day have not exchanged a shame for the city that provides assistance to the general public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente, O Procon de Abreu E Lima está deixando muitoj a desejar; Pois no começo de 2016 tentei iniciar um processo contra um site de compras que não me entregou o produto pago a vista mas fui vencido pelo cansaço por causa desta famigerada impressora quebrada - Liguei por dias seguidos e não houve resolução. Agora, em 2017, pedi a ajuda dele contra a OI por causa de serviço não solicitado e eles nem tiveram a boa vontade de ligar pra questionar; me passaram mais um daqueles números que a própria oi fornece e que só serve para oferecer os pacotes dela. Quando mostrei que qualquer número dá na mesma, resolveram me dizer que não poderiam abrir minha reclamação porque estavam sem sistema. Eu presumo que esta inoperancia está além da falta de infraestrutura; Para mim, está parecendo que alguém do Procon desta cidade está sendo favorecido para não acionar esta e outras grandes empresas...
