Ligo e o telefone não atendem, pelo whatsapp me responderam 3 semanas depois e para dizer que era melhor ir pessoalmente para solucionar o problema e atenção.. isso foi no pico da pandemia. Reformulem, assim o beneficiário será somente as empresas e o consumidor, graças a vocês são lesados e empresas ficam impunes.

Uma atendente do telefone 151 que não recordo o nome, falou que a garantia de carro usado é só motor e caixa de marcha e para a loja ter obrigação de dar garantia tem que ser com um contrato de venda. Achei um absurdo ouvir isso porque vai na contra mão do código de defesa do consumidor. Vergonhoso uma prestação de serviço dessa.
