★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei um lugar de pouca empatia e orientação parece que as pessoas tem má vontade de atender e as vezes atendem de uma forma como se estivéssemos agredindo-as e não tem o Felling de ter empatia para entender que eh um desabafo precário demais e ineficaz deveriam mandar a equipe ir a SP aprender como eh um atendimento mais humano.
I found a place of little empathy and guidance, it seems that people are unwilling to answer and sometimes they answer in a way as if we were attacking them and there is no Felling to have empathy to understand that it is a very precarious and ineffective outburst, they should send it the team to go to SP to learn what a more human service is like.
