â â â â â Os mecĂąnico Pirata Ă© um excelente profissional, porĂ©m ps preços cobrados das peças sĂŁo super abusivos, nĂŁo passam p orçamento antes de fazer o serviço, e depois que fazem o serviço, e reposição de peças cobrar o valor que desejam ainda nos obrigam a pagar aquele valor e ficam aborrecidos quando questionamos os valores. NĂŁo recomendo a ninguĂ©m. A empresa precisa mudar a postura, tem que enviar o orçamento antes de efetuar o serviço, o orçamento tem que ser aprovado pelo cliente antes de prestar o serviço.
The Pirate mechanic is an excellent professional, but the prices charged for the parts are super abusive, they do not pass the budget before doing the service, and after they do the service, and spare parts charge the amount they want, they still force us to pay that one value and get upset when we question the values. I don't recommend it to anyone. The company needs to change its attitude, it has to send the budget before carrying out the service, the budget has to be approved by the customer before providing the service.

â â â â â Demoram para responder as mensagens, vocĂȘ liga e nĂŁo atendem... So quando quer, unica coisa que funciona mesmo eh o email, eles respondem dentro do prazo.
Agora o atendimento presencial Ă© bom, pessoas super educadas.
They take time to respond to messages, you call and they don't answer... Only when you want, the only thing that really works is email, they respond within the deadline.
Now the face-to-face service is good, very polite people.
