Good night.I would like to know what should I do my husband and I have callan store account .Our limit was 400 $ not have.A month we bought charged more 300 interest we were complains the manager said it was interest in advance and if I arrears will pay more interest. what should i do. he said he can do nothing and would look for our right?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, mandei um e-mail para o Procon de Jacareí, informando para eles que mudei o meu e-mail para que pudesse entrar em contato comigo, referente a uma reclamação que eu havia feito a alguns meses atrás, mas o Procon de Jacareí SP, não dá nenhum parecer, não reponde e-mail que eu havia passado e nem o número novo de contato, pois tive que bloquear meu chip anterior e nada, parece que não quer ajudar.
