★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este banco do brasil não respeita a lei que se trata do atendimento prioritário, tem fila do lado de fora, o funcionário do Banco não quer saber se é idoso, se tem problemas saúde, enfim, é grosso no atendimento de triagem, entrando no banco, tem que ficar em fila novamente, sendo assim, não há atendimento prioritário de forma nenhuma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui reclamar de uma agencia por causa de uma multa irregular. Eles analisaram o contrato e verificaram que estava mesmo irregular e solicitaram esclarecimentos a agencia. (Tenho a CIP para provar) A agência respondeu que a multa estava de acordo com o contrato e mandaram copia da clausula ALTERADA. Mais uma vez fui reclamar no procon, que apos analisar de novo o contrato verificaram a divergência. Chegaram a me dizer que aquilo era um absurdo e que iriam marcar a audiência. Ontem fui pra audiência e a postura do procon mudou totalmente, disseram que o contrato estava correto e não havia irregularidade. Fiquei tão chocada que não sabia nem o que dizer. A agência diz q vai devolver o meu dinheiro para evitar o processo. Ainda nao entendi o que levou o Procon a mudar de posição. Três funcionários analisaram o contrato antes da audiência e constataram irregularidades, mas quando estavam na frente do reclamado disseram que estava tudo certo.
I went to complain to an agency about an irregular fine. They analyzed the contract and found it to be irregular and requested clarification from the agency. (I have the CIP to prove it) The agency replied that the fine was in accordance with the contract and they sent a copy of the AMENDED clause. Once again I complained to procon, which after analyzing the contract again, verified the divergence. They even told me that it was absurd and that they would schedule the audience. Yesterday I went to the hearing and the position of the procon changed completely, they said that the contract was correct and there was no irregularity. I was so shocked that I didn't even know what to say. The agency says it will return my money to avoid the lawsuit. I still don't understand what made Procon change its position. Three officials analyzed the contract before the hearing and found irregularities, but when they were in front of the defendant they said that everything was fine.
