Até entendo a decisão dos funcionários do banco pela greve.
Mas eos trabalhadores que querem receber o FGTS da entrada no seguro desemprego?
Temos famílias pagamos conta de luz água e até mesmo aluguel .
Procuramos a caixa e eles não dão informação nenhuma .
Me desculpe vergonhoso Brasil.

You call and no one answers, the site is informing you that it is open, you get there it is closed, with no information on what date it will be back in operation !!! We're out of any information.

Você chega lá e tem número limitado de atendimento, daí se você saiu mais cedo do trabalho para ir lá e não tiver mais senha azar o seu. Abri um processo contra as Casas Bahia há algum tempo atrás, e simplesmente eles não toma nenhuma ação. Passados 40 dias ligava lá e eles pediam para aguardar mais, quando o prazo era 30 dias. Depois dos 40 dias, as Casas Bahia, logicamente por vontade própria dela devolveu meu dinheiro. A responsável do Procon me ligou perguntando se eu já havia tido algum retorno. Horas não é vcs quem deveriam saber, ou estar me ligando para passar informações ? Em resumo sua reclamação fixa no limbo lá. Essa é a impressão. Já usei os serviços por exemplo do Procon / PR e o atendimento foi totalmente diferente. Já tentei fazer denúncia contra a translitoral e simplesmente ignoraram, não quiseram nem abrir minha reclamação. Na verdade acho que falta aquela força de vontade de fazer a diferença para tornar nosso país melhor, afinal esse é o propósito desse serviço, ou eu acho neh...
