★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falou que não podia resolver meu caso de garantia do celular que comprei e pifou 8 meses depois , peguei o endereço do meu tio fui em Sorocaba e lá me atenderam gentilmente é 15 dias depois a Samsung me deu um celular novo é mais moderno, graças ao Procon de Sorocaba, em quanto o de Votorantim falou que era perda de tempo e nem tentaram me ajudar. Nota zero pra o de Votorantim e 10 para o de Sorocaba.
He said he couldn't solve my cell phone warranty case that I bought and broke 8 months later, I got my uncle's address and I went to Sorocaba and there he was kind to me. 15 days later, Samsung gave me a new cell phone, which is more modern, thanks to Procon from Sorocaba, while Votorantim said it was a waste of time and they didn't even try to help me. Zero score for Votorantim and 10 for Sorocaba.
