★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mercadoria ruim. Comprei um par de tênis da marca Puma no dia 18/09, no dia seguinte 19/09 começou a descascar. Nunca mais entro nessa loja, me sento enganada, sinto como se estivesse pagando por um original e levando um falsificado.
Bad merchandise. I bought a pair of Puma brand shoes on 9/18, the next day 9/19 started to peel. I never go into this store again, I feel cheated, I feel like I'm paying for an original and taking a counterfeit.

Fui trocar o tênis porque ficou apertado, o gerente se recusou a trocar, me tratou mal, quando fui me defender da falta de educação dele, chamou o segurança pra mim. O seguranca veio e me orientou a chamar a policia pra ele, se insistir a nao querer trocar o tennis. Fui humilhada, fiquei com muita vergonha da situação. Enfim fez a troca quando falei em chamar a Polícia.
NÃO RECOMENDO PRA NINGUÉM ESTA LOJA DE ITAQUERA.
Terrible, rude manager, grumpy. I went to change the tennis because it was tight, the manager refused to change, he treated me badly, when I went to defend myself from his lack of education, called the security for me. The security came and told me to call the police to him, if he insists not to change the tennis. I was humiliated, I was very ashamed of the situation. At last he made the switch when I told him to call the police.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS STORE OF ITAQUERA.
