Estou desde dia 01/10 tentando o termo de quitação visto que já havia protestado em cartório.
Empresa péssima!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz cobranças indevidas. Está me cobrando por uma dívida do Santander, segundo eles de R$15.000,00, de 2007. Nunca tive protesto, nome negativado ou contato do banco sobre essa dívida, que por sinal, tenho conta e crédito até hoje. Gostaria de poder dizer tudo o que penso dessa empresa, mas no risco de ser acionado judicialmente, vou me ater a dizer que não agem de boa fé
Makes undue charges. They are charging me for a debt from Santander, according to them, of R$15,000.00, from 2007. I never had a protest, denied name or bank contact about this debt, which by the way, I have an account and credit to this day. I wish I could say everything I think about this company, but at the risk of being sued, I'll stick to saying that they don't act in good faith

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho bem estranho a forma de cobranca desta empresa. De repente aparece um processo, nao informam numero, nao existe contato anterior, de repente aparece una cobrança de valor algo e geralmente de conta nao utilizada. As instituições financeiras tem ciência disso?
I think this company's billing method is very strange. Suddenly a process appears, they don't inform the number, there is no previous contact, suddenly there is a charge of something and usually an unused account. Are financial institutions aware of this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles ligam e mandam mensagens ameaçadoras, com protesto, ajuizamentos, penhora de bens e uma coisa que nem sei do que se trata, Liguei para o número 0800 e me trataram muito mal e desligaram. Sem dar qualquer justificativa. Que coisa horrível!
They call and send threatening messages, with protest, lawsuits, attachment of assets and something I don't even know what it's about, I called the 0800 number and they treated me very badly and hung up. Without giving any justification. What a horrible thing!
