★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos organizadores. Gerente Tony muito grosseiro, promete e não cumpre. Na última corrida que fiz com eles em São Roque, houve um grave erro. Quem se inscreveu para correr 6 km correu 3 km e quem ia correr 12, correu 6. No final da prova, ele se desculpou no microfone e prometeu para todos os participantes que daria desconto na corrida roteiro do vinho. Ganhou alguns aplausos e não deu nenhum detalhe dos trâmites. Desde a abertura da inscrição para corrida do vinho não consegui contemplar esse tal de desconto prometido. E hoje, no último dia de inscrição anunciado pelo site, consegui o celular do tal Tony e para minha surpresa um grosseiro que disse q as incrições tinham se esgotado e que a informação do site que se encerraria hoje tinha sido um erro do site. E disse ainda que o erro da corrida da villa don pato foi um erro da amais, que ele (Tony) não tem nada a ver. Disse a ele que me sinto enganada e injustiçada e ele disse para eu processá-lo. Mas não quero processá-lo, só quero correr!

Participei dia 24/04 da II Corrida Forte Anhanguera e a organização foi lastimável, começando pela retirada do kit que foi no hotel Comfort Suites. Como limitaram o horário para sábado somente no período da tarde, formou fila gigantesca pra retirada, fiquei mais de 45min. Se não bastasse, fiz minha inscrição no dia da retirada do kit pois um dos organizadores me confirmou a possibilidade com antecedência via WhatsApp e para a minha surpresa, mesmo fazendo um ótimo tempo na prova, meu nome e número não apareceram no ranking da corrida disponibilizado pelo site Cronoserv. Tremenda falta de respeito, além de eu pagar mais caro pela inscrição no dia, me deram um chip desativado. Se soubesse nem tinha me inscrito e corrido do mesmo jeito, pois o que fizeram comigo foi um roubo, paguei por um serviço no qual não fui atendido como os demais, me enganaram. Primeira e última vez que participo de alguma corrida desta organizadora e farei questão de divulgar nos grupos de corridas o ocorrido para que outros não sejam enganados como eu fui.

On 04/24 I participated in the II Corrida Forte Anhanguera and the organization was pitiful, starting with the collection of the kit that was at the Comfort Suites hotel. As they limited the time to Saturday only in the afternoon, there was a gigantic line for withdrawal, I stayed more than 45min. If that wasn't enough, I signed up on the day of picking up the kit because one of the organizers confirmed the possibility to me in advance via WhatsApp and to my surprise, even though I had a great time in the race, my name and number did not appear in the race ranking available. through the Cronoserv website. Tremendous lack of respect, in addition to paying more for the registration on the day, they gave me a deactivated chip. If I had known, I wouldn't have signed up and run the same way, because what they did to me was a robbery, I paid for a service in which I was not attended to like the others, they deceived me. First and last time I participate in any race of this organizer and I will make a point of disclosing in the race groups what happened so that others are not deceived like I was.
