★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encomendei uma máquina de envase, financiada direto com a empresa, com entrada, me deram um prazo de 60 dias, paguei 3 parcelas sem ter recebido a máquina, depois de quase 200 dias de atraso, tive meu CNPJ em protestado por falta de pagamento, (erro meu) fiz o pedido de canselamento e depois tive mais 2 protesto em cartório, sem ter a máquina, fizemos um acordo amigável, a empresa devolveriam o dinheiro e retiraria o protesto, e eu ficaria no prejuízo por ter comprado os insumos da máquina (embalagem) que a mesma ficou com 10 quilos, no total quase 4 mil reais em embalagem.
Quando vou ao cartório resolver os protestos, me deparo com uma conta de 1600 reais a serem pagos . Entro em contato com a empresa, e pergunto oq aconteceu pois nosso acordo seria eles tirariam os protestos, me foi respondido q esse valor eles não receberam q seria de minha responsabilidade, resumindo: fiquei com um dinheiro empatado na empresa por mais de 6 meses, perdi o dinheiro das embalagens e ainda tive q pagar pelos servidos de protestos, isso tudo sem ter a máquina em mãos
Não recomendo os serviços da empresa, mesmo estando errados por não ter comprido o prazo de entrega, deixa um cliente no prejuízo ....
Já estou vendo meus direitos para rever meus valores ressarcidos juridicamente.
Deixo aqui um desabafo de um cliente lesado e insatisfeito.
I ordered a filling machine, financed directly with the company, with down payment, I was given a period of 60 days, I paid 3 installments without having received the machine, after almost 200 days of delay, I had my CNPJ protested for non-payment, (my mistake) I made the request for cancellation and then I had 2 more protests at the notary's office, without having the machine, we made an amicable agreement, the company would return the money and withdraw the protest, and I would be at a loss for having bought the machine inputs (packaging) that it was left with 10 kilos, in total almost 4 thousand reais in packaging.
When I go to the registry to resolve the protests, I find a bill for 1600 reais to be paid. I contact the company and ask what happened because our agreement would be that they would withdraw the protests, I was told that this amount they did not receive would be my responsibility, in short: I had money tied up in the company for more than 6 months, I lost the money for packaging and even had to pay for protest services, all without having the machine in hand
I do not recommend the company's services, even if they are wrong for not having extended the delivery period, they leave a customer at a loss ....
I'm already seeing my rights to review my legally compensated values.
Here I leave an outburst from an injured and dissatisfied customer.
