★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço de "assistência técnica" pois primeiro que não fui informado que meu aparelho tinha sido encaminhado para uma outra assistência ou seja paguei a ProGames e o cara de SP. Quando fui retirar me deparei com um valor absurdo cobrado, ao qual as outras assistência praticam muito inferior, e quando cheguei em casa estava faltando um disco que eles tiraram e nao me avisou! Em suma, um lixo o serviço dessa loja podre e falta de transparência com o cliente!
Bad "technical assistance" service, because first I was not informed that my device had been sent for another assistance, that is, I paid ProGames and the guy from SP. When I went to pick up, I came across an absurd amount charged, which other assistance practices are much lower, and when I got home there was a disk missing that they took and did not warn me! In short, the service of this rotten store is rubbish and there is a lack of transparency with the customer!

Vou na ProGames desde muito novo e recomendo!
