No dia seguinte ligo e disseram que até o fim do iriam aparecer. Claro, quem precisa almoçar? Empresa sem compromisso. AMADORA!
Lousy! I called two days earlier to schedule an installation and on the scheduled day I called again to confirm and they told me it was confirmed. DID NOT APPEAR! The next day I call and they said that until the end of it they would show up. Of course, who needs to have lunch? Company without commitment. AMATEUR!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa Progás fez uma instalação em nossa residência de um relógio e mangueira para GLP, em um fogão que estava com bicos injetores para gás natural, testaram e deram o serviço como instalado.
Detectamos o problema, após transtorno forte de barulho da chama acesa, de foligem na parede, no fogão e de odor horrivel de gás, ligamos para a empresa e a mesma queria cobrar outro serviço para corrigir seu própio erro.
Progás installed a watch and hose for LPG in our home, on a stove that had nozzles for natural gas, tested and gave the service as installed.
We detected the problem, after a strong disturbance of noise from the burning flame, of folig in the wall, in the stove and of a horrible gas odor, we called the company and it wanted to charge another service to correct its own mistake.
