★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portão do estacionamento aberto, ticket sendo liberado, e o estacionamento fechado, os carros entravam e nao conseguiam sair pq nao havia caixa para validar e a catraca nao liberava. Vergonhoso.
 Parking gate open, ticket being released, and the parking lot closed, cars entered and could not leave because there was no box to validate and the turnstile would not release. Shameful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estacionamento péssimo, funcionários mal educados e desinformados. Os manobristas, que são pagos para isso, se recusaram a manobrar o meu carro mesmo o estacionamento ofertando o serviço. Nunca esperaria um tratamento desses em um estabelecimento com essa aparência e valor.
Bad parking, rude and uninformed staff. The valets, who are paid for this, refused to maneuver my car even though the parking lot offered the service. I would never expect such treatment in an establishment with this appearance and value.
