Liguei para começar a fazer um orçamento e quando falei que era entrega para o interior de São Paulo, ele começou a tirar sarro dizendo que iria mandar entregar de helicóptero sem ao menos terminar de falar o restante de material que minha empresa precisaria. Quis humilhar pelo preço do faturamento sem saber que o pagamento seria à vista. Por fim, quando um atendimento desse não me serviu, fui educado e disse que essa empresa não servia como fornecedora, ele simplesmente mandou eu comprar na "put* que o par***". Hoje faz exatamente três meses do falecimento da minha mãe. A ligação foi gravada e espero que essa "empresa" esteja em dia com seus compromissos legais, pois eu e meu advogado vamos bater firme em cima.
Horrible and uneducated service by Mr. Rinaldo. I called to start a budget and when I said it was delivery to the interior of São Paulo, he started to make fun saying that he would have it delivered by helicopter without even finishing talking about the rest of the material my company would need. I wanted to humiliate the billing price without knowing that the payment would be in cash. Finally, when such a service did not serve me, I was polite and said that this company did not serve as a supplier, he simply ordered me to buy in "put * that pair ***". Today is exactly three months since my mother died. The call was recorded and I hope this "company" is up to date with its legal commitments, as my lawyer and I are going to hit hard on it.
