★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dono não somente é grosseiro como também é desatento com o atendimento, não entendeu um pedido simples de fazer um chanfro em um pedaço de madeira pra sustentação de um móvel projetado. Disse que iria levar 24h pra fazer um simples chanfro. Tivemos que voltar lá pois se passaram 4 dias sem resposta dele. Ele não atendeu as nossas ligações e simplesmente não tinha feito ainda. Desistimos do serviço devido o incrível descaso com o cliente. Não recomendo este local.
The owner is not only rude, he is also inattentive with the service, he did not understand a simple request to make a bevel in a piece of wood to support a designed piece of furniture. He said it would take 24 hours to make a simple chamfer. We had to go back there because 4 days went by without an answer from him. He didn't answer our calls and he just hadn't done it yet. We gave up on the service due to the incredible neglect with the customer. I don't recommend this place.
