★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um lugar desorganizado, o atendimento deixa a desejar em relação à atenção às solicitações realizadas, não há clareza quanto à quem são as pessoas responsáveis pela instituição. Fazem jogo de empurra com as demandas, ou seja, ficam jogando a pessoa de um setor e de um atendente para outro. Tenho um mês tentando resolver a situação de um semestre que paguei integralmente e não pude cursar devido a pandemia, após muitos erros cometidos na instituição, por último minha matrícula foi cancelada sem que eu solicitasse. Solicitei então o estorno do valor pago e desse dia em diante estou tentando reaver um dinheiro que é meu sem conseguir. Sou encaminhada para setores diferentes, e já recebi pelo menos cinco prazos diferentes de retorno. A última resposta foi que entrariam em contato comigo da "franquia" em São Paulo e que não poderiam fazer mais nada, sendo que não souberam se quer informar quando seria esse contato. Não indico para ninguém.
It is a disorganized place, the service leaves something to be desired in relation to the attention to the requests made, there is no clarity as to who are the people responsible for the institution. They play pushes with the demands, that is, they are playing the person from one sector and from one attendant to another. I have a month trying to resolve the situation of a semester that I paid in full and could not attend due to the pandemic, after many mistakes made at the institution, lastly my enrollment was canceled without my request. So I asked for a refund of the amount paid and from that day on I am trying to get money that is mine without getting it. I am sent to different sectors, and I have already received at least five different return deadlines. The last answer was that they would contact me from the "franchise" in São Paulo and that they would not be able to do anything else, since they did not know if they wanted to inform when that contact would be. I don't recommend it to anyone.
