Há 15 dias estou para receber uma pia e durante todo esse período me falaram que "amanhã" entregam sem falta, pediram diversos votos de confiança e eu os dei várias vezes. Até hoje a pia não chegou, estou tendo incontáveis prejuízos pela falta de compromisso dessa empresa e nunca me ligam para falar o que está acontecendo, todas as vezes que falaram que eu receberia e não recebi, eu é que tive que ir atrás para saber. Repito: em nenhuma das vezes vieram me dar uma satisfação, e por vários dias fiquei no local por horas esperando a entrega. Chega a ser uma grande falta de respeito com o cliente.
