Queriam que a culpa fosse minha de qualquer forma, só pra não ter que imprimir novamente ou me devolverem o dinheiro. Péssimo. Desrespeitoso. E fiquei sem o dinheiro e sem o produto.
They printed a project that I already sent wrong. Then they tried to convince me to keep the damaged product, as I didn't accept, they made a thousand excuses. They wanted it to be my fault anyway, just so I wouldn't have to print again or get my money back. Terrible. Disrespectful. And I was left without the money and without the product.
