★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As fotos enganam, os corretores ou o responsável geral deveria colocar fotos atualizadas do local, pq lá está de certa forma abandonado pela associação ivonasol, tds as ruas dentro do loteamento estão com inúmeros buracos, ñ tem guias, sem saneamento básico, a água lá é fraca e tds os dias falta, a energia elétrica tbm mto fraca a fase que deveria ser 110volts chega no máximo 104volts a 220volts chega no máximo 210volts isso qnd atinge. O ADM ñ dá nem as caras por lá pq se aparecer vai ser cobrado por melhorias, vender é bom agora da a devida assistência ñ dão, aliás só tem um entre tds os corretores lá que chega junto com explicações que ñ cabe eu expor o nome dele aqui mais é gente boa.
