★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já usamos a nos a Projetus, ante tinha um rapaz que vinha nos visitar uma vez por semana, havia contato e atendimento por telefone. agora infelizmente, só pelo chat ou pelo retorno, que mesmo dizendo da urgência que temos, somos ignorados. Ficamos na espera e perdemos o prazo de entrega, infelizmente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O programa e muito simples de mexer, eficiente, rapido.. Mas o suporte ta me irritando, alem de ter um extremamente grosso.
Hoje entrei no suporte, porque eles estavam exigindo que colocasse uma informação no lancamento de uma nota que nao e obrigatorio para aquele tipo de nota, entao, apenas liguei para saber onde desativava a obrigatoriedade nessa informação, mas sem querer eu marquei a opção errada (e eles mesmo ja informaram que todos sabem mexer em todos os sistemas) entao ele me falou que eu selecionei errado, e eu imaginei que por ser uma informação simples ele ia me falar como é, e na proxima eu ia prestar atenção, mas NAAAAO!! estou na fila denovo por causa de um negosso que ele ia gastar 30 segundos pra me responder! Sério, estou horrorizada e extremamente arrependida!

I'm in line again because of a nigger that he was going to spend 30 seconds to answer me! Seriously, I am horrified and extremely sorry!

* O suporte deixa um pouco a desejar, quando é necessário implementação de programação;
*Sugiro que adicionem um sistema de agenda substituindo o "tarefas" que não é bom preferencialmente associada ao Google agenda;
* Sugiro a inclusão de agenda de obrigações;
* Sugiro a possibilidade de cadastro com dados faltantes e sistema aviso que os dados estão pendentes;
Strengths:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sistema muito bom, porém o suporte é horrivel. Demora as vezes 8 horas para responder e quando responde dizem que é problema entre a comunicação (receita federal e servidor calima), e nos orienta a ligar para o suporte receita federal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Meu contrato tem mais de 2 anos, quando fui encerrar me obrigaram a pagar uma multa. Fiquem esperto com o contrato deles. Absurdo!!!
