★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. O telefone não atende de jeito nenhum, só dá ocupado. Tive que ir até lá para marcar um exame e precisei aguardar mais de 1 hora para ser atendida, apenas para marcar um exame. O local é um caos.
 Bad service. The phone doesn't answer at all, it just gets busy. I had to go there to schedule an exam and had to wait more than 1 hour to attend, just to schedule an exam. The place is chaos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Marquei um exame de doppler da tireóide há 3 meses, quando cheguei pra fazer hoje (31.05.19) o exame, me informaram que a cota do meu plano tinha completado. Detalhe, liguei no dia anterior e me confirmaram que o exame seria de 8:30. Que total falta de consideração pelos usuários. Disseram que ligaram, e não conseguiram falar. Meu celular fica ligado 24 Horas. Tenho 2 filhos que moram fora e não desligo nunca o celular, nem deixo descarregado. E eu liguei na véspera do exame pra saber o horário, me informaram que o exame seria de 8:30.Ou seja não tentaram me avisar coisa nenhuma. esqueceram. Total falta de respeito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem adjetivo que possa classificar essa clínica, pois para mim o que mais importa são os profissionais, Dr Renê um dos melhores cardio que já fui, Dra Fernanda uma ótima pediatra, o restante do conjunto da obra é só um detalhe, se falam sobre limpeza certamente é pq os usuários tb levam os seus costumes de casa, todos os dias é muito bem limpo os banheiro, mas se o ser humano é porco, aí infelizmente fica dificil.
There is no adjective that can classify this clinic, because for me what matters most is the professionals, Dr Renê one of the best cardio I have ever been, Dra Fernanda a great pediatrician, the rest of the work is just a detail, if they talk about cleaning is certainly because the users also take their customs from home, every day the bathrooms are very clean, but if the human being is a pig, unfortunately it becomes difficult.

Dr René Luengo very polite. However, the receptionists need to improve a lot in terms of care and helpfulness with the patient. My exam was rescheduled three times and on the fourth day of scheduling I was not attended due to their incompetence.
