O instalador me chega em casa com uma bateria inferior ao que eu orcei e se eu desistice teria que pagar 30,00 da visita.Resumo: eu tinha urgência na bateria e fiquei com a que trouxeram, mas foi a primeira e última compra nesta loja.
I called and made a quote for a Heliar Free battery to deliver at home. The installer arrives home with a battery lower than what I budgeted and if I desistice I would have to pay 30.00 for the visit. Summarize: I had urgency in the battery and stayed with the one they brought, but it was the first and last purchase in this store .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São péssimos!!!Compramos uma bateria caríssima com eles para moto do meu sogro que é deficiente, tínhamos urgência na compra pois meu sogro depende da moto. A bateria não durou 10 dias e deu problema, esperamos 1 mês para eles avaliarem o problema e dizerem que não será trocado a bateria, usando o argumento de que deu sobrecarga na bateria. Aí eu pergunto: Cadê a garantia? Estamos até agora esperando a nota fiscal, entramos em contato por diversas vezes, falam que vai enviar a nota fiscal por e-mail e nada! Isso é um absurdo, estão faltando com respeito com pessoas honestas e que batalharam muito para conseguir o dinheiro dessa bateria, estamos tomando as medidas cabíveis e espero que outras pessoas possam ver esse comentário e tomarem cuidado para não serem "enroladas" da forma que estamos sendo!!!
They are terrible !!! We bought a very expensive battery with them for my father-in-law's motorcycle that is deficient, we had urgency in the purchase because my father-in-law depends on the bike. The battery did not last 10 days and gave us trouble, we waited 1 month for them to evaluate the problem and say that the battery will not be changed, using the argument that it gave battery overcharge. Then I ask: Where is the guarantee? We are now waiting for the invoice, we have contacted you several times, they say they will send the invoice by email and nothing! This is absurd, they are lacking respect with honest people and they have struggled hard to get the money from this battery, we are taking the appropriate measures and I hope that other people can see this comment and take care not to be "rolled up" the way we are being!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei bateria nova, é deu defeito, é não acho a garantia e eles se esquivam, para não assumir as responsabilidades, pois não deram a nota fiscal. Não recomendo, procure outro lugar.
I bought a new battery, it's defective, I don't think about the warranty and they shy away from taking responsibility, because they didn't give the invoice. Do not recommend, look elsewhere.
