★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As minhas estrelas vão para a Doutora Fabyulla. Exclusivamente para ela, que aliás, é uma médica adorável. Mas com relação ao atendimento promed pelo telefone, é um descaso total. Agora estão com secretária eletrônica que nunca finalizam o nosso atendimento. Péssimo.

Pior eu li os comentários e pensei ser exagero, porém tive certeza do desrespeito. É um absurdo isto! Sou obrigada dar uma estrela se não como postar neh!?
Impossible to make a good assessment .... They don't answer the phone, people change this, you don't read the comments! Because the complaint is general. Worse, I read the comments and thought it was an exaggeration, but I was sure of the disrespect. This is absurd! I am obliged to give a star if not how to post neh !?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu filho consulta há 8 meses com o Doutor Paulo, não tenho o que reclamar. Ótimo profissional, nunca tive problemas com marcações de consultas. Sem contar que ele sempre atende no horário previsto.
My son has been consulting for 8 months with Doctor Paulo, I have nothing to complain about. Great professional, I've never had problems with appointment markups. Not to mention that he always answers on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi muitos comentários falando que nunca conseguem contato no local , eu liguei é logo na primeira discagem uma atendente muito educada e simpática me ajudou no que eu precisava no momento. chegando ao local foi bem rápido na recepção e assim que subi para aguardar o clínico geral me chamar fui chamada ! Isso tudo em menos de 10 minutos . Foi minha primeira experiência no local e não tenho nada a me queixar somente agradecer pela cordialidade prestada !!
I saw many comments saying that they can never get in touch on the spot, I called and right on the first dial a very polite and friendly attendant helped me with what I needed at the time. arriving at the place was very quick at the reception and as soon as I went up to wait for the general practitioner to call me I was called! All of this in less than 10 minutes. It was my first experience at the place and I have nothing to complain about just thanking you for the kindness provided !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha unica Estrela vai para a oftalmo que eu consultei, pois de fato é uma medica extremamente educada e gentil, porque para todo o resto do serviço prestado, só tenho a reclamar. Infelizmente é o local mais próximo em que consigo algumas especialidades e somente por este motivo, ainda o frequento.
1° - Se estiver tentando agendamento por telefone tenha paciência, pois nunca atendem. após uma crise alérgica, fiquei por 3 dias tentando falar com a unidade e não consegui e quando fui pessoalmente para agendar. reclamei de maneira educada até, sobre o telefone e a funcionaria que senta próxima a pilastra se levantou, na tentativa de me intimidar e disse "AQUI NOS TEMOS QUE FAZER TUDO, ATENDER, RECEPCIONAR". eu ainda paciente disse. não me importo, paciente não pode ser lesado por isso, se vocês não estão dando conta, que contratem mais pessoas para o trabalho só acho difícil de acreditar porque eu tentei por 3 dias, o dia inteiro.
durante minha marcação, a mesma ficava me olhando com cara de mer**.
2° após um mês de espera, com a alergia já tratada por um CLINICO GERAL, que consultei em outro local, fui na oftalmo para fazer exame de rotina, a Dra. me pediu uns exames que eu não sabia onde realizava, fui ao balcão para perguntar e para a minha infelicidade, pediram que eu olhasse com a mesma moça que havia sido mal educada da ultima vez, quando perguntei para ela, a mesma pegou a minha guia e nada me disse, um medico que havia acabado seu atendimento estava conversando com as meninas, dizendo que levaria presente de natal, e a atendente que até então nada havia me dito, começou a cantar o medico, dizendo que queria ele levasse o presente pessoalmente, depois dele ir embora, ela começou a fazer piadinha com as demais funcionarias. e depois de muito tempo, me entregou meus papeis com o numero da autorização, e o telefone do local para eu pegar maiores informações.
acho que falta profissionalismo dessas atendentes e mais compaixão, e educação ao conversar, não fui la para brincar de consulta e gostaria de ser tratada com a mesma seriedade e credibilidade em que depositei ali. as atendes precisam de maiores formações sobre atendimento ao cliente, e aula de ioga para mais paciência ao conversar com os demais. a clinica seria excelente, pois ate o guarda do local é simpático, oque falta são recepcionistas qualificadas para o trabalho.

I think these attendants lack professionalism and more compassion, and education when talking, I was not there to play consultation and would like to be treated with the same seriousness and credibility that I deposited there. attendants need more customer service training, and yoga classes for more patience in talking to others. The clinic would be excellent, because even the guard of the place is friendly, which lack qualified receptionists for the job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível com esse local um mês esperando uma consulta aí não repassam informações ao beneficiários chega lá vc não consulta pq não aceita a documentação q em todas as outras redes aceita.Se não há informação como saber.Liga na central e te orienta a conversar mais esse local parece q os funcionários estão no automático não querem saber de solução.O pior foi a má vontade escrito na cara das atendentes.
Horrible experience with this place, a month waiting for a consultation, then they don't pass on information to the beneficiaries, get there you don't consult because you don't accept the documentation q in all other networks, accept. Estive com minha esposa e nosso recém nascido para a primeira consulta dele com pediatra, porém eles proibem a entrada de mais de um adulto com o bebê. Tive que ficar na recepção enquanto todo o antendimento do bebê, que é de suma importância para os pais, EM CONJUNTO, estava sendo feito. Revoltante essa regra sem lógica.
Não recomendo e com absoluta certeza não voltarei nunca mais.
Bad clinic!
I was with my wife and our newborn for his first consultation with a pediatrician, but they prohibit the entry of more than one adult with the baby. I had to stay at the reception while all the baby care, which is of paramount importance for the parents TOGETHER, was being done. Revolting this illogical rule.
I don't recommend it and I'm definitely not going back.
