Caso você precise comprar algum remédio, não te "empurram" para comprar lá, são muito cuidadosos com os bichinhos e com os tutores, tratam qualquer doença e tem paciência para investigar o que realmente for. Não troco esse lugar para cuidar do meu pequeno ?
 The entire staff is very attentive and competent, from attendants to veterinarians. In case you need to buy some medicine, do not "push" you to buy there, they are very careful with pets and tutors, treat any disease and have the patience to investigate what it really is. I don't change this place to take care of my little one ?

Dr Roberto me devolveu a esperanca, de ter um médico além de competente humano. Nunca vi um exame tao minuncioso, o que fez me lembrar os antigos médicos de família.Explica tudo minunciosamente é extremamente acolhedor e humano com os tutores, eu entrei tensa e sai relaxada,d pois sabia que daí por diante, meu DUDU estaria em boas mãos. Quabta COMPETÊNCOA e AMOROSIDA num único lugar. Paloma e Marcos, além de educados, nos acolhe com o maior carinho! Gratitude GOD, for taking me to Dr ROBERTO, I was already exhausted from so many mercenary and inhuman vets with the tutors. Dr Roberto gave me back the hope of having a doctor who was beyond competent human. I have never seen such a thorough examination, which reminded me of the old family doctors. He explains everything in detail is extremely welcoming and humane with the tutors, I went in tense and left relaxed,d because I knew that from then on, my DUDU would be in good shape hands.
