★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que me faz comprar em outras farmácias é que temos que ficar em casa o dia todo mesmo sendo feito as 8 da manhã, temos que desmarcar qualquer compromisso e ficar esperando o dia todo, último pedido fiz as 8 e foi entregue as 17 hras, hoje pedi as 8 e até agora nada, e falam que não tem previsão de horário que irá chegar, pra ao menos eu resolver outras coisas
 What makes me buy at other pharmacies is that we have to stay at home all day even though it is done at 8 am, we have to cancel any appointment and wait all day, the last order I made at 8 and it was delivered at 17 pm, today I asked for 8 and so far nothing, and they say that there is no forecast of the time that will arrive, for at least I solve other things

Estou a exatas 7 hrs aguardando o remédio de uso contínuo do meu marido Alenya , não se comprometam a fazer entregas q não tenham capacidade !!!
Bad customer service via whatsapp, zero customer satisfaction, zero empathy ... Anyone who buys medicine is sick, if not, they wouldn't!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem a tardezinha, dia 10/06/21 por volta de umas 16:50, fui comprar um medicamento pra minha mãe, pra dor na coluna e um xarope pra alergia, pois ela estava me mandando msg dizendo que estava com mta dor na coluna, decidi ir correndo pra comprar, até ai blz ! Entrei nesse lugar, e tinham 4 funcionários no balcão! Dois estavam atendendo e os outros dois eu não sei o que estavam fazendo de tão importante que não podia fazer dps pra poder me atender ??♀️. Porq eu trabalhei na droga Raia, da bandeira RaiaDrogasil S/A e lá, tudo que estávamos fazendo em loja, tínhamos que parar pra dar prioridade aos clientes! E essa farmácia infelizmente percebi que não funciona dessa forma! Tanto que eu como cliente fui super educada em ficar aguardando que me chamassem, daí entrou duas mulheres passaram na minha frente e eu não disse nada! Fiquei na minha, daí o cara que estava no balcão atendeu ela, e eu só olhando... E a outra mulher q estava no balcão, ficava andando pra lá e pra cá, e eu lá esperando, nem olhavam na minha cara! Nem disseram " uma boa tarde " ou " só um minutinho que já te atendo " ou algo do tipo!! ??♀️ Mais não! Fiquei lá plantada esperando q me chamassem, dai esperei, acho q era o farmacêutico pelo uniforme, esperei ele terminar o atendimento que eu vi que tinha terminado, e o bonito faz o que ? Simplesmente sai do balcão, não diz nada, nem olhou na minha cara e vai pro caixa! ??♀️??♀️ Simples assim! ? Acho q o certo , acho não! É o certo, era só dizer " um minutinho que já lhe atendo! " Tão fácil mds !! Tô indignada até agora ??♀️ Mais não!! Lá as coisas não funcionam dessa forma ??♀️ . O bonito foi pro caixa ! Aaaah, daí ali já foi de mais pra mim ?? daí oq fiz ? Simples, fui pra drogaria " São Paulo " ❤️? quase do lado, e lá, eu tive um ÓTIMOOOOO ATENDIMENTO!!!!! E DEIXANDO CLARO QUE VOCÊS PERDERAM UMA CLIENTE!!! ????? Yesterday afternoon, 06/10/21 at around 4:50 pm, I went to buy a medicine for my mother, for back pain and a syrup for allergy, because she was sending me msg saying she had a lot of back pain , I decided to go running to buy, see you there blz! I entered this place, and there were 4 employees at the counter! Two were attending and the other two, I don't know what they were doing, it was so important that I couldn't do dps to be able to attend to me ??♀️. Because I worked at the drug Raia, under the RaiaDrogasil S/A brand and there, everything we were doing in the store, we had to stop to give priority to our customers! And this pharmacy unfortunately I realized that it doesn't work that way! So much so that I, as a client, was super polite in waiting for someone to call me, then two women walked in front of me and I didn't say anything! I stayed with me, then the guy who was at the counter answered her, and I was just looking... And the other woman who was at the counter, kept walking back and forth, and I was waiting there, they didn't even look at my face! They didn't even say "good afternoon" or "just a minute and I'll see you" or something like that!! ??♀️ No more! I stood there waiting for them to call me, then I waited, I think it was the pharmacist for the uniform, I waited for him to finish the service that I saw had ended, and the handsome one does what? He just leaves the counter, doesn't say anything, doesn't even look me in the face and goes to the cashier! ??♀️??♀️ Simple as that! ? I think the right thing, I think not! That's right, just say "a minute I'll take care of you!" So easy mds !! I'm indignant so far ??♀️ No more!! Things don't work that way there ??♀️ . The pretty one went to the cashier! Aaaah, then it was too much for me, so what did I do? Simple, I went to the drugstore "São Paulo" ❤️? almost next door, and there, I had a GREAT SERVICE!!!!! A loja é uma bagunça..
Ela postam promoções no whats e quando você pede, eles não respondem...
Também não atendem o telefone...
E de promoção mesmo só nome.. A drogaria são paulo é muito mais em conta!

OBS: DONO PRECISA URGENTE CONVERSAR COM OS FUNCIONÁRIOS DE LÁ SOBRE O TELEFONE QUE ELES NÃO ATENDE..
